We visited the comment's section, asked questions, created discussions from different characters, etc. Also, in order to make the interaction more engaging with our audiences, we made our comment section longer by replying with an image, adding reactions with emojis, or posting a GIF.  In this way, we encouraged our audience to initiate the discussion within the comment section and it helped us reach our potential customers.


Apart from all of these, we were able to gather around enough potential customers from our Facebook platform engagement and we decided to interact with them personally in order to convert them into our loyal customers. Thus, we used the same number from and registered for Whatsapp accounts connected with those Facebook accounts. This made communication with our loyal customers much easier and more accessible. With the help of those numbers, we also conducted our SMS marketing in different countries which helped us to target diverse customers in those countries. Also, we were able to have insights into our customer behavior which was advantageous in terms of targeting new customers.


Thus, all of these helped our company to be perceived as more reliable which enhanced our social media growth by strengthening our social media presence specifically on Facebook.
